WE ARE CROWLEY PRIDE AND CROWLEY PROUD OF YOU.

NATIONALLY, ONLY 500 DELL SCHOLARS ARE SELECTED EACH YEAR TO RECEIVE THIS SCHOLARSHIP.

THE PRINCETON PRIZE IN RACE RELATIONS RECOGNIZES AND REWARDS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO, THROUGH THEIR VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES, HAVE UNDERTAKEN SIGNIFICANT EFFORTS TO ADVANCE RACIAL EQUITY AND UNDERSTANDING IN THEIR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES.

THE GIRL SORTED ITEMS. THEY PACKAGED AND BOXED DRY GOODS AND LEARNED THE IMPORTANCE OF SERVICE.

THIS IS OUR STUDENT SERVICES REPORT, SPECIFICALLY OUR ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT.

WE ARE DEFINITELY PLEASED TONIGHT TO HAVE OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS WHO'S DONE AN AWESOME JOB OF LEADING OUR ATHLETIC PROGRAM.

AS YOU CAN SEE, THE EVIDENCE OF A LOT OF THE WORK OF A LOT OF A LOT OF THE MEN AND WOMEN IN THAT PROGRAM.

AND SO WE'RE DEFINITELY EXCITED TO HAVE MR. MOFFITT HERE TO SHARE WITH US THE REPORT FOR THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT.

IT IS WITH GREAT PRIDE THAT I BRING BEFORE YOU THE ATHLETICS UPDATE, WHICH INCLUDES SOME ATHLETIC ACCOLADES AND MILESTONES FOR OUR STUDENT ATHLETES AND OUTSTANDING COACHES HERE IN CROWLEY ISD.

TRUSTEE I'D LIKE TO BEGIN BY THANKING YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

NONE OF THESE ACCOMPLISHMENTS WOULD BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT, SO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO FOR THE STUDENTS AND STAFF OF CROWLEY ISD.

THIS YEAR AS A DEPARTMENT, WE SET A GOAL.

WE SET A GOAL TO INCREASE STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN ATHLETICS.

IF YOU'LL SEE HERE, BASED ON THE DIAGRAM FROM THE CHART HERE IN 2021 AND 22, WE HAD 1941 STUDENTS THAT WERE PARTICIPATING IN ATHLETICS IN CROWLEY ISD.

WE WERE ABLE TO INCREASE THAT NUMBER TO 2360.

WE NOT ONLY MET OUR GOAL FOR INCREASING PARTICIPATION.

WE EXCEEDED OUR GOAL.

WE REACHED 30.3% FOR STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN ATHLETICS IN CROWLEY ISD.

THAT'S A 419 STUDENT INCREASE, WHICH IS 18 COUNTS FOR 18%.

WE KNOW THAT WHEN STUDENTS ARE INVOLVED IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, THEY BECOME MORE ENGAGED AND A MORE ENGAGED STUDENT BRINGS ABOUT A MORE ENGAGED CAMPUS, WHICH IMPACTS CULTURE AND CLIMATE ON THE CAMPUS.

AND SO WE ARE SO EXCITED ABOUT THE FUTURE AND CONTINUING TO WORK TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION IN ATHLETICS IN CROWLEY ISD.

AT LAST, IN THE FACE OF ALL TYPES OF DISCRIMINATION, SPORTS IS A GAME OF LOVE.

WE HAVE WORKED NOT ONLY TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION, BUT TO CONTINUE TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSIVITY.

WE HAVE RAISED OUR PARTICIPATION FOR STUDENTS THAT RECEIVE SERVICES AND SPECIAL SERVICES.

AND CURRENTLY 51% OF THE STUDENTS AT THE SECONDARY LEVEL THAT RECEIVES SPECIAL SUPPORTS AND SPECIAL SERVICES ARE PARTICIPATING IN ATHLETICS.

NOT ONLY HAVE WE WORKED ON WAYS TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSIVITY, OUR COACHES AND STUDENT ATHLETES HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD TO BRING HOME ALL THE HARDWARE THAT YOU SEE BEFORE YOU.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, WE HAD CROWLEY HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL THAT MADE A PLAYOFF APPEARANCE AND CROWLEY HIGH SCHOOL WOMEN'S BASKETBALL.

THAT MADE A PLAYOFF APPEARANCE AS WELL.

NOT ONLY DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIPS, WE'VE ALSO ACCUMULATED FIVE REGIONAL APPEARANCES.

NORTH CROWLEY FOOTBALL.

NORTH CROWLEY MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL.

CROWLEY WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY AND NORTH CROWLEY SWIM.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, WE HAD A STATE QUALIFIER FOR THAT NORTH CROWLEY SWIM TEAM.

SO WE'RE SO PROUD OF THE WORK THEY'RE DOING.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE.

WE TRULY BELIEVE ATHLETICS IS A PATHWAY TO ACADEMIC SUCCESS.

CURRENTLY, AGAIN, I STATED BEFORE, WE'RE STILL IN THE COMPETITION SEASON, BUT CURRENTLY CROWLEY ISD HAS 54 STUDENT ATHLETES WHO WERE DESIGNATED AS DISTRICT THREE, SIX EIGHT ALL ACADEMIC TEAMS AND SHE.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, WE HAVE UIL ALL-STATE ACADEMIC TEAM WE CURRENTLY HAVE NINE STUDENTS HAVE BEEN DESIGNATED UNDER THAT UMBRELLA.

AND WHAT THAT IS, THAT MEANS THAT THAT FOR THAT ALL STATE, A STUDENT MUST HAVE GOOD CHARACTER, BE A SENIOR AND HAVE A 90 AVERAGE OF 92.

AND FOR THAT THAT THAT ALL DISTRICT THEY MUST MAINTAIN AN AVERAGE OF 90 WITH GOOD CHARACTER AS WELL AS BEING A SENIOR.

SO KUDOS TO THOSE KIDDOS.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE MONITORING.

ATHLETICS IS TRULY A PATHWAY TO ACADEMIC SUCCESS.

AS I STATED EARLIER, THAT PARTICIPATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES BECOME MORE WHEN STUDENTS PARTICIPATE, THEY BECOME MORE ENGAGED STUDENTS. SOME OF OUR AGAIN, OUR COMPETITIVE SEASON IS STILL UNDERWAY AND WE'RE WORKING HARD.

A GOOD COACH WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU THAT PREPARATION IS PARAMOUNT.

WE AS A DISTRICT ARE PREPARING OUR STUDENT ATHLETES TO SEIZE ALL ACADEMIC AND ATHLETIC POSTSEASON OR POST GRADUATION ENDEAVORS VIA RECRUITMENT SEMINARS CONDUCTED BY OUR RECRUITMENT COORDINATORS ON OUR CAMPUS AT EACH HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC SIGNING DAYS TO CELEBRATE THE HARD WORK AND COMMITMENT OF THOSE STUDENTS THAT ARE SELECTED TO COMPETE ATHLETICALLY AT THE NEXT LEVEL.

AND FINALLY, WE ARE DEVELOPING A UNIVERSAL MONITORING SYSTEM TO TRACK BEHAVIOR, ATTENDANCE AND GRADES FOR OUR STUDENTS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE READY AND PREPARED FOR WHATEVER PATHWAY THEY CHOOSE BEYOND HIGH SCHOOL.

WE HAD THREE HEAD COACHES IN CROWLEY ISD THAT WERE SELECTED AS COACH OF THE YEAR.

THIS DESIGNATION IS MADE BY THEIR PEERS.

THE ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT IS CURRENTLY DOING A BOOK STUDY WITH ALL OF THE CAMPUS ATHLETIC COORDINATORS ON THE JOHN MAXWELL BOOK ENTITLED LEADERSHIP IN CHAPTER ONE.

IT STATES, THE TRUTH IS THAT EVERY ADVANCE YOU MAKE AS A LEADER WILL REQUIRE A LEADERSHIP THAT CHANGES THE WAY YOU THINK, ACT AND LEAD.

YOU CANNOT BE THE SAME, THINK THE SAME AND ACT THE SAME.

IF YOU HOPE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN A WORLD THAT DOES NOT REMAIN THE SAME.

WITH THAT BEING SAID, YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE SHIFTS THAT COACH TOMMY BRACCO AFTER 24 DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIPS, NUMEROUS REGIONAL TOURNAMENT APPEARANCES AND 700 WINS ON THE BASKETBALL COURT THAT HE'S HAD TO MAKE.

THIS IS A HUGE MILESTONE.

AND IN HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS, I WOULD LIKE TO ALLOW COACH TOMMY BRACCO TO COME AND SHARE BRIEFLY ABOUT HIS JOURNEY TO 700 WINS.

THERE HAVE BEEN SO MANY CHANGES, SO MANY GREAT CHANGES OVER THOSE YEARS.

I'M JUST SO HONORED TO BE ABLE TO BE HERE TONIGHT.

MR. MOFFAT ASKED ME THE OTHER DAY IN OUR END OF THE YEAR MEETING, HE SAID, COACH, DO YOU HAVE A SUCCESSFUL SEASON? I WAS JUST KIND OF GRINNED AT HIM A LITTLE BIT.

I SAID, 31 WINS, YOU KNOW, NOT NOT MANY PEOPLE GET 20.

TO GET 31IN A YEAR IS PRETTY GOOD.

IT WAS THE NINTH TIME THAT WE HAD DONE THAT.

HE GAVE US A LITTLE BIT TOO MUCH CREDIT.

ONLY 21 DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIPS IN THE 25 YEARS.

BUT BUT 21 ARE, I BELIEVE IT WAS OUR 11TH UNDEFEATED DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP.

AND OUR NINTH CONSECUTIVE DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP.

ON TOP OF THAT, WE WON A DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP AT THE SEVENTH GRADE LEVEL WITH CROWLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL.

WE WON A DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP AT THE EIGHTH GRADE LEVEL, THE SUMMER CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL.

WE WON OUR DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP, NINTH GRADE JV AND OUR VARSITY.

SO IT'S NOT A ONE YEAR DEAL.

IT'S AN EVERY YEAR DEAL.

BUT I HAD TO ANSWER HIM A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE THE TROPHIES ARE GREAT, BANNERS ARE GREAT, AWARDS ARE GREAT.

GAVE TO ME, THE REAL DEFINITION OF SUCCESS IS HOW CLOSE DID YOU COME TO GETTING THE MOST OUT OF EACH INDIVIDUAL TEAM? HOW MUCH HAVE YOU BEEN ABLE TO MOVE THE NEEDLE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL STUDENT ATHLETE? AND I HAD TO LOOK AT IT AND SAID, YES, MR. MOFFITT, WE WERE VERY SUCCESSFUL THIS YEAR.

WE OPEN THE STADIUM IN GRAND FASHION WITH BOTH CROWLEY HIGH SCHOOL AND NORTH CROWLEY HIGH SCHOOL HAVING HOME FOOTBALL GAMES.

BOTH TEAMS AND OUR FANS ENJOYED PLAYING IN THE NEW STADIUM AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS TRULY LEGENDARY.

AS WORD SPREAD ABOUT CISD STADIUM, HE RECEIVED A GREAT NUMBER OF REQUESTS TO HOST PLAYOFF GAMES.

WE WERE ABLE TO HOST SIX GAMES, EACH ONE WITH TOP 20 STATE RANKED TEAMS, INCLUDING TWO TEAMS THAT WERE RANKED NUMBER ONE IN THE STATE AT THEIR TIME IN THEIR CLASSIFICATION.

WE HOSTED OVER 12,000 FANS DURING THE PLAYOFFS.

AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE SCREEN, WE RECEIVED GLOWING REMARKS FROM FANS, COACHES, ADMINISTRATORS AND EVEN OFFICIALS ABOUT THE ATMOSPHERE WE WERE ABLE TO CREATE FOR THEM.

SPEAKING WITH A FRIEND WHOSE SON PLAYED QUARTERBACK AT ONE OF THE PLAYOFF GAMES, HE MENTIONED THAT THEY HAD PLAYED PLAYOFF GAMES IN MCKINNEY, MANSFIELD AND ALLEN STADIUM BEFORE COMING TO CROWLEY.

HIS SON TOLD HIM THAT BY FAR THIS WAS THEIR BEST EXPERIENCE AT CISD STADIUM, EVEN THOUGH THEY LOST THE GAME.

OVER 2000 FANS CAME OUT TO WATCH 13 BANDS COMPETE AT OUR FIRST US BANDS COMPETITION, HOSTED BY CROWLEY ISD.

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF PLANNING NEXT YEAR'S COMPETITION THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE FALL, WITH EVEN MORE BANDS ATTENDING.

CISD STADIUM ALSO HOSTED THE BIG 12 ORGANIZATIONS LITTLE LEAGUE SUPER BOWL GAMES ON TWO SEPARATE SUNDAYS IN NOVEMBER.

TEN AGE GROUP CHAMPIONS WERE CROWNED, EACH WITH EACH TEAM RECEIVING A TROPHY AND EACH ATHLETE A CHAMPIONSHIP RING JUST LIKE THE ONE I'M HOLDING HERE. OK CROWLEY AND NORTH CROWLEY BOYS AND GIRLS SOCCER TEAMS PLAYED MANY OF THEIR HOME GAMES AT CISD MULTIPURPOSE STADIUM.

ALL FOUR TEAMS ENJOYED SUCCESS IN THE FACILITY, AND WE'VE ALSO HOSTED TWO PLAYOFF SOCCER GAMES THIS SEASON.

CISD STADIUM COMMUNITY ROOM HAS BEEN BUSY SINCE WE OPENED IT, HOSTING VARIOUS VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS, END OF YEAR ATHLETIC AND FINE ARTS CELEBRATIONS, AS WELL AS COMMUNITY EVENTS.

WE HAVE SOME UPCOMING EVENTS THAT WE'D LIKE TO TELL YOU ABOUT.

SO COME OUT AND JOIN US AT CISD MULTIPURPOSE STADIUM AS WE PARTNER WITH THE CROWLEY ISD SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES TO HOST THE ABILITY GAMES ON FRIDAY, MAY 12TH. WE LOOK FORWARD TO A GREAT ATMOSPHERE AS WE SHARE THE FUN FESTIVITIES WITH OUR STUDENTS.

NORTH CROWLEY COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY WILL BE ON MAY 26TH WITH CROWLEY CEREMONIES SCHEDULED FOR MAY 27TH.

IT'S WITH GREAT EXCITEMENT THAT I SHARE WITH YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO PARTNER WITH TEXAS WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY TO HOST THEIR HOME FOOTBALL GAMES FOR THE NEXT TWO, POSSIBLY THREE SEASONS. WE ARE STILL FINALIZING SOME OF THE SMALL DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT, BUT WE HOPE TO HAVE THESE COMPLETED IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS.

WE THINK ABOUT WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO CROWLEY ISD WITH THIS PARTNERSHIP.

MCFARLAND HAS MENTIONED IN THE PAST IT TAKES ANYWHERE BETWEEN 18 TO 24 MONTHS TO BUILD A SCHOOL.

SO WHAT CAN WE DO UNTIL THEN? ONE OF THE THINGS WE CAN DO IS PARTNER WITH OUR LOCAL CHILD CARE CENTERS.

WE ASSEMBLED A PRE-K PARTNERSHIP TEAM TO BEGIN LOOKING AT OPPORTUNITIES WITH CHILD CARE CENTERS IN THE CROWLEY ISD SERVICE AREA.

AS YOU CAN SEE FROM OUR TIMELINE, WE MET WITH THE TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE WHICH CHILDCARE CENTERS ARE WILLING TO MEET THE CRITERIA AND PARTNER WITH CROWLEY ISD.

FROM THAT MEETING, FOUR CHILDCARE CENTERS WERE CHOSEN.

WE MET WITH THOSE CHILDCARE CENTERS TO DETERMINE FIT AND COMPATIBILITY.

WE THEN VISITED DALLAS ISD PARTNERSHIP SCHOOLS TO GET AN IDEA SLASH EXEMPLAR OF WHAT A PARTNERSHIP COULD LOOK LIKE.

WE TOOK OUR NOTES FROM THOSE LOTS AND APPLIED THEM A FEW DAYS LATER TO THE FOUR LOCAL CHILDCARE CENTERS AS WE TOURED THEIR FACILITIES.

AT THE COMPLETION OF OUR WALKS, WE MET AS A GROUP TO MAKE A SELECTION.

ONCE THE SELECTION WAS MADE, THE CHILDCARE CENTER WAS NOTIFIED AND EXTREMELY EXCITED AND HOPEFUL FOR THE FUTURE.

ON MARCH 30TH, THE CHILDCARE CENTER TEXAS WORKFORCE AND CROWLEY ISD BEGAN CONVERSATIONS ABOUT THE MOU.

HERE ARE THE HIGH LEVEL BENEFITS TO A PARTNERSHIP FOR FAMILIES.

PRE-K PARTNERSHIPS CAN PROVIDE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY PRE-K TO SUPPORT CHILDREN'S TRANSITION TO KINDERGARTEN.

CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE SCHOOL DAY AND BEFORE OR AFTER CARE.

BETTER HOURS FOR WORKING FAMILIES WHO NEED A FULL DAY, FULL WORK DAY OR CARE, AND A CHILD CARE CURRICULUM ALIGNED WITH THAT OF LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, WHICH INCREASES CHILDREN'S SCHOOL READINESS.

THE CATEGORIES THEY OBSERVE ARE DIRECTOR AND STAFF QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING, TEACHER CHILD INTERACTIONS, PROGRAM, ADMINISTRATION, INDOOR AND OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTS.

ALSO, THEY MUST ACCEPT CCMS IN ORDER TO PARTNER WITH US AS A DISTRICT.

THEY MUST BE WILLING TO ALIGN WITH OUR CURRICULUM.

THEY MUST SERVE AS STUDENTS WHO ARE IN OUR SERVICE AREA AND OUR VALUES ABOVE ALL ELSE MUST ALIGN FOR THE EDUCATION ADVANCEMENT OF THE WHOLE CHILD.

ONE CENTER CHECK ALL THE BOXES FOR US AT THIS TIME.

KIDDYLAND CHILD CARE CENTER IS LOCATED BETWEEN SYCAMORE SCHOOL ROAD AND MACARTHUR.

KIDDYLAND CURRENTLY SERVES CROWLEY ISD STUDENTS AND HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE FOR 16 YEARS.

THE CHILD CARE CENTER DIRECTOR AND OWNER IS QUENETTE DEAN.

SHE NOT ONLY OWNS KIDDYLAND, SHE IS ALSO THE OWNER OF AMAZING CREATIONS LOCATED BETWEEN MCCART AND WEST CREEK.

WHILE KIDDYLAND WILL BE THE FIRST IN OUR PILOT PHASE, THEY WILL NOT BE THE LAST.

OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE PARTNERSHIPS ALL OVER THE DISTRICT.

WE KNOW THAT THERE IS ALWAYS A CHALLENGE WITH OVERFLOW BECAUSE WE ARE GROWING SO RAPIDLY.

BUT HOW AMAZING WOULD IT BE FOR PARENTS IF THEIR STUDENTS HAD TO OVERFLOW, BUT IT WAS STILL IN PROXIMITY TO THEIR HOME CAMPUS? KIDDYLAND IS CURRENTLY SITTING BETWEEN SUE CROUCH, JACKIE CARTER AND MEADOWCREEK.

KIDDYLAND COULD BE THE FIRST CHOICE FOR THOSE PARENTS INSTEAD OF A BEST RACE OR POINTER.

AS WE CONTINUE TO BUILD THESE TYPES OF PARTNERSHIPS, A GREAT DEAL OF THOUGHT WILL GO INTO HOW TO MAINTAIN THESE RELATIONSHIPS OVER TIME.

AND YOU ALSO KNOW THAT SOME PARENTS, THEY THEY DON'T NECESSARILY WANT THEIR CHILDREN IN A PUBLIC SCHOOL SETTING RIGHT NOW, ESPECIALLY AS A THREE YEAR OLD.

BUT HAVING THEM IN A CHILD CARE CENTER AREA, THEY STILL FEEL A LITTLE BIT MORE COMFORTABLE WITH THAT.

AND SO BEING ABLE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR OUR PARENTS IN THAT WAY I THINK WOULD BE AMAZING.

I THINK WE'RE A LITTLE BIT BEHIND THE TIME BECAUSE WE WERE DOING THIS AND THEY'RE STILL DOING IT IN PARIS.

ONE OF THE OTHER THINGS THAT WE TALK ABOUT, THE WE CALL IT THE ACCOUNTABILITY THAT WE HAVE TO DO FOR FUNDING.

AS FAR AS THE TYPE OF ASSESSMENTS AND THINGS WE'VE ALREADY HAD CONVERSATIONS AND THAT WILL BE A PART OF THE MOU THAT YOU GUYS WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW WITH THEM ABOUT UTILIZING THE CIRCLE ASSESSMENT THAT WE ALREADY CURRENTLY USING, CROWLEY, ISD AND THEY ARE ON BOARD WITH THAT.

SO THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO AGAIN, WE WOULDN'T EVEN PARTNER WITH THEM IF THEY WEREN'T ALIGNED WITH OUR VALUES AND OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR OUR STUDENTS HERE IN CROWLEY ISD AND HOW DOES THE FUNDING PIECE WORK? RIGHT? ARE WE INCURRING THE COSTS, I ASSUME, OF OUR EMPLOYEE, THOSE STUDENTS IN THEIR PROGRAM? I MEAN, WE TALK ABOUT IT POTENTIALLY BEING 180 WHATEVER THOUSAND DOLLARS THAT IS COMING IN.

IT INTRODUCED THE FULL DAY FUNDING PRE-K PART OF THE WAY ITS FULL DAY FUNDING.

WE WOULD GET THE AMOUNT THAT DR.

PINSKY ALLUDED TO BEFORE $1,181 PER STUDENT.

BUT THE WAY IT BECOMES FULL TIME IS WE HAVE THE EARLY CHILDHOOD ALLOTMENT, WHICH IS REALLY 10% OF THE BASIC ALLOTMENT, AND THAT'S 10% BASED UPON THE ENROLLMENT THAT WE HAVE IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH THIRD GRADE.

AND SO THAT'S HOW THE FUNDING COMES IN.

IT COMES IN, IT'S ADA AND IT COMES IN AS OUR GENERAL REVENUE.

BUT I THINK THE SO I UNDERSTAND HOW THE FUNDS COME IN, BUT I GUESS HOW DOES YEAH, WHAT WHAT ARE THE EXPENSES I MEAN BECAUSE I'M SURE THIS ALSO THIS INCREASED NUMBER OF STUDENTS PRESENTS ADDITIONAL EXPENSES FOR KITTY LAND.

SO OF THESE FUNDS THAT COME IN, WHAT DOES THAT LOOK? IS IT A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE THAT WE AS A DISTRICT RECEIVE FOR THESE STUDENTS? IS IT A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE THAT GOES TO THIS PARTICULAR CHILD CARE CENTER? I'M JUST. OUR INVESTMENT IS ACTUALLY IN THE TEACHER.

SO IT GOES BACK TO THE DUAL ENROLLMENT PROCESS, RIGHT? SO WE WILL AGAIN, WE TAKE CARE OF THE TEACHERS.

THEY ALREADY HAVE THE TEACHING ASSISTANTS THERE.

THEY ACTUALLY ALREADY HAVE THE CURRICULUM THERE.

THE ONLY THING THAT WE WOULD BE DOING IS REPLENISHING THOSE THINGS.

THE OTHER PIECE WITH THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, WE WOULD BE PROVIDING THAT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THEM.

ONE OF THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PIECES THAT THEY HAVE RIGHT NOW THAT THEY DO, THAT WE CURRENTLY DON'T DO AND THAT WE'RE GETTING READY TO START, IS A CONSCIOUS DISCIPLINE.

THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT THEY CURRENTLY HAVE.

SO THAT'S ANOTHER PIECE THAT WE'LL BE ABLE TO PIGGYBACK WITH THEM OFF OF.

SO IT REALLY IS ONE OF THOSE SITUATIONS WHERE IT'S TRULY A PARTNERSHIP.

SO THEY MAY INCUR A LITTLE BIT OF SOMETHING, WE MAY INCUR A LITTLE BIT OF SOMETHING.

BUT IT'S AGAIN, IT'S TWO CLASSROOMS THAT WE ARE LOOKING AT.

AND SO TWO TEACHERS.

SO IF WE'RE THINKING ABOUT ANY CURRICULUM OR ADDITIONAL PIECES THAT WE NEED IS AS IF WE'RE JUST ADDING TO TWO CLASSROOMS THAT WE WOULD NORMALLY ADD TO ANYWAY IF THOSE STUDENTS WERE ACTUALLY WITH US IN CROWLEY ISD DR.

DUBINSKY THAT THE MODELS THAT I'VE SEEN IN THE PAST, I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS HOW WE'RE WORKING, BUT FOR WHAT I UNDERSTAND, THE CHILD CARE CENTER CONTINUES TO RECEIVE CMS FOR THE STUDENTS WHO ATTEND. SO THAT IS THEIR COMPENSATION, THAT COVERS THE THE COST OR THE EXPENSES FOR PROVIDING CARE FOR THOSE THOSE CHILDREN.

AND THEN AT THE SAME TIME, BECAUSE OF THE FUNDING MECHANISM THAT WE HAVE THROUGH THE STATE, WE ALSO RECEIVE MONEY AS A DISTRICT BECAUSE THEY ARE DUALLY ENROLLED.

AND SO OUR EXPENSE WILL BE THE COST OF PROVIDING PERSONNEL.

AND THEN ALL OF THE PD, THE SUPPORT HITTING LANDS PERSONNEL SO THEY CAN DISPENSE THE CURRICULUM IN THE WAY THAT WE DISPENSE IT.
