MR. KIRCHNER, DO WE HAVE ANY SPEAKERS TONIGHT? YES, MS. HALL, WE HAVE ONE SPEAKER SIGNED UP TO SPEAK IN OPEN FORUM MS. [INAUDIBLE] CAN YOU HEAR US? YES. WE CAN HEAR YOU SAY.
MACFARLANE, I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS NECESSARY BECAUSE I DO NOT SEE ON THE AGENDA TONIGHT ANY TALK OF DELAYING THE RETURN TO [INAUDIBLE].
SO I JUST WANTED TO COME TO SPEAK TO THAT AND ASK THAT WE AND JUST TO THANK YOU THAT YOU HAVE NOT DONE WHAT OUR NEAREST AND LARGEST NEIGHBOR, FORT WORTH ISD, HAS DONE, WHICH IS KIND OF PULLED THE RUG UNDER THE OUT FROM UNDER YOUR PARENTS AND CHANGING THE PLAN SO CLOSE TO THE DATE OF GOING BACK TO SCHOOL.
I FEEL LIKE IN THE PAST MY PERCEPTION HAS BEEN THAT WE OFTEN PROBABLY AS OFTEN FOLLOWED WHAT FORT WORTH HAS DONE.
BUT I THINK IN THIS CASE PROBABLY IS IN FACT LEADING.
AND THEY HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I'VE SEEN DONE A GREAT JOB OF PREPARING TO OPEN THE SCHOOLS TO THOSE WHO NEED TO AND WANT TO TO RETURN TO IN-PERSON SCHOOL.
[00:05:04]
SO I JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR THAT AND JUST EXPRESS MY HOPE THAT THAT'S NOT GOING TO CHANGE IN THE NEXT WEEK AND A HALF, THAT I'M REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING ABLE TO ALLOW MY CHILDREN TO RETURN TO IN-PERSON SCHOOL.SOME OF THEM REALLY NEED THAT.
AND I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THAT CHOICE.
I KNOW THE PARENTS HAVE THE CHOICE TO STAY HOME, BUT A LOT OF US PARENTS WOULD REALLY LIKE THE CHOICE TO GO TO SCHOOL.
SO I JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR MAKING SUCH GOOD PLANS FOR THAT TO HAPPEN AND TO EXPRESS MY HOPE THAT THAT WILL, IN FACT, HAPPEN, BECAUSE I'M JUST KIND OF NERVOUS SEEING WHAT'S GOING ON IN OUR NEIGHBORING DISTRICT.
SO I JUST WANT ME TO COME TONIGHT AND EXPRESS MY FEELINGS ABOUT THE THINGS THAT WE'LL BE ABLE TO RETURN TO SCHOOL SAFELY.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME.
THAT INCLUDES OUR OWN [INAUDIBLE] ITEMS, AGENDA ITEM 12.1 START OF CROWLEY ISD ATHLETIC
[4.0 Report Item(s)]
EVENT. PRESIDENT, BOARD MEMBERS DECIDED NOT TO BRING THIS ITEM FORWARD.MR. CHARLES LINCOLN, OUR DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS, WILL PRESENT THE FINAL SALUTE.
GOOD EVENING. PRESIDENT HALL BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND DR.
MACFARLANE. TONIGHT, I WILL BE PRESENTING AN OVERVIEW OF ATHLETICS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. THIS OVERVIEW ALIGNS WITH GOALS ONE AND TWO OF OUR STRATEGIC PLAN.
ATHLETICS, LIKE OTHER SCHOOL DISTRICTS, DECISION HAS BEEN A MOVING TARGET AFTER CANCELING EVENTS IN THE SPRING, THE UIL HAS ALLOWED EXTRACURRICULAR GROUPS TO BEGIN WORKOUTS IN EARLY JUNE USING RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES, INCLUDING SCREENING OF ALL PARTICIPANTS AND STAFF. WE HAVE HAD SUCCESS WITH THESE PROTOCOLS DUE TO OUR DAILY IMPLEMENTATION.
WE ALSO HAVE A MITIGATION PLAN WHICH IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR VIEWING, AND I WOULD BE REMISS IF I DID NOT SAY THANK YOU TO ALL OF THOSE WHO SERVED ON THE AND CONTINUE TO SERVE ON THE CISD COVID-19 ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND ALONG WITH MYSELF.
AND WE HAVE COME TOGETHER TO CONSISTENTLY REVIEW OUR PLAN TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE PROVIDING ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SAFE COMPETITION AND WORKOUTS FOR ALL OF OUR PARTICIPANTS. NOW, I'D LIKE TO GO TO OUR POWERPOINT.
IF YOU LOOK AT OUR POWERPOINT, IT STARTS OUT WITH THE MISSION STATEMENT IS BASICALLY SAYS THAT CROWLEY ISD IS COMMITTED TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STUDENTS AND STAFF, ALONG WITH ALL OF OUR STUDENTS, FAMILY, FRIENDS AND VISITORS WHO ENTER OUR ATHLETIC FACILITIES.
ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE DO AND HAVE CONSISTENTLY DO IS CONSULT WITH BOTH LOCAL AND STATE EXPERTS TO ENSURE THAT ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ADOPTED BY OUR PROGRAMS FOLLOW REGULATIONS, AS WELL AS BEST PRACTICES PROVIDED BY THE UIL, WHICH IS THE GOVERNING BODY FOR EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, OUR CDC AND TARRANT COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR OUR ATHLETES AND STAFF UPON ENTERING OUR FACILITIES, OUR STAFF WILL BE SCREENED FOR COVID-19 SYMPTOMS AND WILL HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE CHECKED BEFORE THEY EVEN BEGIN ANY PRACTICE OR GAME.
AND THE SAME GOES FOR OUR ATHLETES.
AND WE, AS I SAY, WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THAT THIS SUMMER.
AND SO OUR STUDENT ATHLETES AND OUR STAFF ARE PRETTY FAMILIAR WITH THIS PROCESS AND IS SERVED WELL FOR US.
AND THEN LASTLY, OUR SCHOOLS ARE PERMITTED TO PREVENT ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO FAILS THE SCREENING CRITERIA FROM BEING ADMITTED INTO OUR SCHOOL FACILITIES OR SITES WHERE YOU UIL ACTIVITIES ARE BEING CONDUCTED.
NEXT PLEASE. ALSO WANT TO INCLUDE JUST SOME INFORMATION ABOUT TRAVEL.
OUR TRAVEL POLICIES, AGAIN, WHERE THEY'RE GOVERNING BY FIRST BY DISTRICT TEXAS EDUCATION AGENCY HAS PROVIDED INFORMATION AND OF COURSE, OUR PARTNERS, DURHAM TRANSPORTATION, HAVE GIVEN US GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS THAT WE WOULD UTILIZE WHEN WE TRAVEL.
AND THEY ARE OUR TEAMS WILL TRAVEL TO AND FROM GAMES ON THE SAME BUS TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY, IF NECESSARY, ANY CHALLENGES OR SAFETY RISK THAT GOES ALONG WITH THE COVID-19.
OUR COACHES WILL BE ASSIGNING SEATS BASED ON THE BUS CAPACITY AND TEAM NUMBERS.
OUR BUS PASSENGERS WILL WEAR FACE COVERINGS UNLESS THEY HAVE A MEDICAL EXEMPTION.
EACH ATHLETE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRAVEL BAG WITH APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT, CLOTHING AND A WATER BOTTLE. AND THEN, OF COURSE, WE HAVE TRAVEL ITINERARIES.
THEY WILL BE SET SO THERE IS NO MENTAL DOWNTIME BEFORE THE GAME WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
AND LASTLY, TEAMS WILL EMBARK TO ASSIGN AREAS WITH COACHES SUPERVISION WITH SOCIAL TESTS
[00:10:03]
AND PROTOCOLS IN EFFECT.NEXT, PLEASE. FOR OUR SPECTATORS TO THAT CHOOSE TO COME TO SUPPORT OUR STUDENT ATHLETES AND STAFF, EACH ATHLETIC FACILITY WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF UIL, WE'RE OPERATING ON 50 PERCENT CAPACITY, WHAT WE'VE DONE TO ENSURE THAT WE ARE SOCIAL DISTANCED AND PROVIDING THE SAFEST ENVIRONMENT POSSIBLE.
WE HAVE CUT HOURS DOWN TO THE 35 PERCENT AND ALL GUESTS SHOULD SCREEN FOR SYMPTOMS PRIOR TO COMING TO THE FACILITY.
IF SYMPTOMATIC, WE'RE ASKING YOU TO PLEASE REMAIN HOME AND UPON ENTERING OUR FACILITY, THERE SHOULD BE SIGNAGE AVAILABLE TO THEM THAT SHOWS WHAT THOSE SYMPTOMS ARE.
WE'RE ASKING THAT BECAUSE OF THE TEST, THAT EXECUTIVE ORDER, J-29, THAT TALKS ABOUT FACE COVERINGS, WE'RE ASKING THAT MASK OR REQUIRE UPON ENTERING AND EXITING THE FACILITY, WE'RE GOING TO ASK OUR SPECTATORS TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND WE'RE GOING TO ASK THEM TO PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN UNABLE TO SOCIAL DISTANCE FROM THOSE NOT IN OUR HOUSE, NOT IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
ALL FANS MUST BE SEATED IN STANDS AND THE FACILITY WILL BE CLEARED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GAME. SO WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE ONTO THE PLAYING SURFACE FOR ANY REASON.
ONE OF THE THINGS WE'VE DONE WITH THE HELP, IF YOU CAN SEE HERE, WE'VE ACTUALLY GONE IN AND MARKED OUR STADIUM AND OUR ATHLETIC FACILITIES TO ENSURE THAT WE EMPLOY THE PROPER PROTOCOLS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING.
AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTO, THIS IS AT NORTH CROWLEY HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL STADIUM.
TICKET INFORMATION [INAUDIBLE], FIRST OF ALL, WE WILL BE SELLING ALL OF OUR TAKES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY, WE WILL NOT BE SELLING ANY TICKETS AT THE GATE.
THEREFORE, THERE WILL BE NO NEED TO HAVE ANY CASH EXCHANGED HANDS.
AGAIN, THAT'S ANOTHER SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR US.
THIS YEAR WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY PASSES OF ANY KIND OF TICKETS WILL BE GENERAL ADMISSION. IN THE PAST, WE WERE ALLOWED TO HAVE RESERVED SEATS AND OTHER TYPE OF COMMODITIES TO GO WITH THAT.
BUT THIS YEAR WE'RE GOING TO GO GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS WILL CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE ONLINE UNTIL SOLD OUT.
FOR OUR HOME GAMES, WE WILL HAVE PRESELL TICKETS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE EACH WEEK FOR FAMILIES OF PARTICIPANTS.
AND WHEN WE TALK ABOUT PARTICIPANTS, THAT INCLUDES OUR STUDENT ATHLETES, ATHLETIC TRAINER, BAND MEMBERS, CHEERLEADERS AND DANCE TEAM MEMBERS.
WHAT WE'RE GOING TO DO WE'RE GOING TO HAVE WHAT WE CALL A PRIORITY PURCHASE.
WE WILL START WITH THOSE GROUPS HAVING THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE TICKETS INITIALLY OR A COUPLE OF DAYS. AND THEN WE'LL PUT THE REMAINING SEATS, IF ANY, ONLINE FOR GENERAL ADMISSION TO PURCHASE AS A GENERAL ADMISSION ADMISSION TICKET.
WE ALSO WILL BE PROVIDING VISITING TEAMS A LINK TO PURCHASING TICKETS, AND IT'S BEEN REALLY NEAT TO WORK WITH OTHER DISTRICTS AND WE WILL SEND THEM IN ADVANCE HOW MANY SEATS THEY WILL HAVE AVAILABLE FROM A CAPACITY STANDPOINT.
AND SO THEY WILL KNOW UP FRONT WHAT THAT NUMBER IS AND BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE THAT WITH THEIR FANS AS WELL.
AND I WANT A SPECIAL THANKS TO MR. KIRCHNER AND HIS GROUP, MR. HANDY. MR. HOOVER.
THEY WORK VERY CLOSELY WITH THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT TO HELP US SET UP A LIVE STREAMING FOR THOSE THAT ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ATHLETIC EVENTS IN PERSON.
SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH, COMMUNICATIONS TEAM.
AND MY LAST SLIDE I WANTED TO SHOW YOU WAS AGAIN LAST YEAR.
I KNOW WHEN WE WERE AT NORTH CROWLEY, PART OF THAT RENOVATION PLAN WAS INCLUDED THE VIDEO BOARDS. AND IMMEDIATELY WE KNEW THAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE THE SAME THING FROM AN EQUITY STANDPOINT ON THE CROWLEY SIDE.
SO WHAT YOU SEE HERE ARE THE NEW VIDEO BOARDS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.
AND ALSO WHAT YOU SEE, YOU WILL SEE TWO MESSAGES THAT WE'RE ABLE TO SHOW OUR FANS AND REMIND OUR FANS WHAT THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE WHEN YOU ATTEND OUR ATHLETIC EVENTS.
SO THEY HAVE COME IN HANDY NOT ONLY FOR TO SHOWCASE THE TALENT OF OUR STUDENT ATHLETES AND OUR STAFF, BUT ALSO TO REMIND OUR VISITORS AND OUR STAKEHOLDERS WHAT THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE FOR ATTENDING OUR CROWLEY ISD ATHLETIC EVENTS.
WE WILL ALSO BE MAKING SEVERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS PRIOR TO THE GAME AND DURING THE GAME, JUST HOPEFULLY RECOMMENDING WHAT THE EXPECTATIONS ARE.
WE ALSO WILL HAVE PEOPLE IN PLACE TO REMIND OUR FANS OF THOSE MITIGATION PROTOCOLS.
SO WITH THAT, THAT'S A HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW OF ALL OF THE START OF ATHLETICS.
[00:15:06]
I'M AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE AT THIS TIME.I REALLY DON'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS FROM [INAUDIBLE]. YES, MA'AM, WE WILL STILL PROVIDE IT, BUT WHAT WE'RE DOING IS TRYING TO EMBARK ON CONTACTLESS PROCEDURES, THEREFORE WE WILL PROVIDE THEM THE BAGS AND THEY WILL GO AHEAD AND PACK THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT.
THEREFORE, WHAT THEY WILL, THAT'S ANOTHER SET OF HANDS THAT WE'LL HAVE TO TOUCH ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT WHICH HELPED US MITIGATE OUR PROTOCOLS.
PHIL. YOU MENTIONED [INAUDIBLE].
IS THERE A TIME FRAME FOR STUDENTS? AGAIN, WHAT WE'LL DO, WE START OUT WITH OUR INITIALLY WITH OUR PREFERRED LIST FOR OUR PARTICIPANTS. AND THEN AGAIN, AFTER THOSE TICKETS HAVE BEEN SOLD, WE WILL OPEN UP FOR OTHER GENERAL ADMISSIONS FOR STUDENTS AND ANY OTHER STAKEHOLDERS WITH THE AVAILABILITY OF TICKETS THAT WILL BE REMAIN.
SO, OK, I GUESS WHAT I'M ASKING IS THE PERIOD THAT OUR STUDENTS ARE.
OPEN TO PURCHASE IS AT THE SAME TIME PERIOD THAT THE GENERAL PUBLIC? YES, MA'AM, THAT WOULD BE THE SAME TIME.
YES, MA'AM. [INAUDIBLE] I DON'T KNOW, THERE ARE EMAILS THAT CAN BE SENT OUT TO STAKEHOLDERS AND THINGS LIKE THAT.
YES, WE HAVE ON OUR WEBSITE WE HAVE ANNOUNCED WE HAVE OUR MITIGATION PLAN.
WE HAVE ALL OF OUR SPECTATOR'S RULES AND EXPECTATIONS.
AND SO ALL OF THAT INFORMATION IS ON OUR WEBSITE.
AND THEN MR. LINCOLN, WE WANTED TO BOARD TO HEAR THIS REPORT TONIGHT, WE'RE READY TO HIT SEND ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA POST ABOUT THE GUIDELINES AND HOW TO GET TICKETS AND THE PERSON WHOSE PRIORITY LIST BEING THE STUDENT ATHLETES CHEER, DANCE AND BAND IN EACH OF THEM GETTING TWO TICKETS.
AND THEN, AS YOU SAID, OF ANY REMAINING TICKETS LEFT OVER AFTER THOSE PARKING TICKETS ARE MADE AVAILABLE, WE'D MAKE THAT ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW FOR ANYONE ELSE TO COME.
AND ONE OTHER THING. WHAT WAS NEAT ABOUT THIS GAME? I FORGOT TO MENTION WE HAVEN'T PLAYED THIS GAME SINCE THE FOOTBALL GAME TOMORROW NIGHT AT 7:30 HADN'T BEEN PLAYED SINCE 2016.
AND A LOT OF IT HAS BEEN COACH'S CHOICE.
WE ALSO HAVE ALWAYS MOVED THAT GAME OFF SITE AND HAVE NOTICED THAT THAT'S BEEN PRETTY COSTLY FOR US.
SO WITH OUR AMOUNT OF PROTOCOLS THAT WE HAVE AS FAR AS CAPACITY, WE FEEL LIKE WE WILL HAVE A GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A REALLY GOOD EVENT.
OUR COACHES, OUR FOOTBALL COACHES HAD TO CHANGE THEIR SCHEDULE FOUR TIMES AND YOU JUST END UP WORKING OUT WHERE THE TWO TEAMS COULD PLAY EACH OTHER.
AND WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT MY FACT.
OUR SUB VARSITY TEAMS ARE IN ACTION RIGHT NOW AS WE SPEAK.
AND SO IT'LL BE A GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR KIDS.
AND LASTLY, WE ALSO DO WE'RE GOING TO USE IT AS A SAFETY REVIEW.
NORTH PROBABLY WILL RUN THEIR SIDE AS IF THEY WERE RUNNING OUR HOME FOOTBALL GAME.
AND WE'VE INVITED CROWLEY, EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE THE VISITOR TOMORROW NIGHT TO MANAGE THEIR SIDE AS IF THEY WERE MANAGING A HOME FOOTBALL GAME.
SO WHEN WE DO HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO HOST OTHER TEAMS, WE WOULD HAVE HAD A HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN REGARDS TO THE NEW PROTOCOLS AND HOW THEY WILL BE IMPLEMENTED.
ACTUALLY, JUST TO COMMENT, ON THE WAY OVER HERE, I STOPPED BY NORTH CROWLEY AND WATCHED THE BAND FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND AS I WAS WATCHING CROWLEY CAME IN WITH THEIR BUSSES AND I WAS REALLY EXCITED FOR US TO NOT TO JUMP THE GUN [INAUDIBLE], BUT REALLY EXCITED TO SEE TWO GREAT TEAMS AND TWO GREAT BANDS GETTING BACK TO THE WAY THAT THINGS USED TO BE SO PRETTY. THANK YOU.
[00:20:04]
I DO HAVE A QUESTION, [INAUDIBLE] AND JUST BECAUSE LIFE IS SO CHAOTIC AND THANK YOU SO MUCH [INAUDIBLE].[INAUDIBLE] YES, MA'AM, WE PLAN TO DO THAT AGAIN FOR THIS GAME, IT'S ONLY THE THOSE OF FULL PARTICIPANTS.AND AFTER THAT, WE WILL BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE.
AND THE ONLINE TICKETING SYSTEM ALLOWS US TO COMMUNICATE ALONG WITH MR. KIRCHNER'S DEPARTMENT WHEN THE REST OF THOSE TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? THANK YOU.
THANK YOU ALL. CERTAINLY APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT.
[INAUDIBLE]. MR. JORDAN, CAN YOU HEAR US? HI THERE. CAN ANYBODY HEAR ME OK? YES, SIR. OK, EXCELLENT.
WELL, THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME.
AND THIS IS A REALLY EXCITING TIME WITH EVERYBODY STARTING TO GET BACK TO SCHOOL AND THE ATHLETICS STARTING UP.
AND I'M SURE, YOU KNOW, WE HAD IN THE IN THE HOUSING INDUSTRY, WE HAD A REALLY STRANGE SEASON.
YOU KNOW, ON THE ONE SIDE, THERE WAS A LOT OF EQUITY SLOW DOWN BECAUSE OF THE UNCERTAINTY, BUT ON THE DEMAND SIDE, HOME SALES ARE REALLY UP.
OVER AT VIRIDIAN, WE'RE ABOUT 50 HOMES AHEAD OF LAST YEAR'S PACE ALREADY, AND WE'RE ONLY THREE QUARTERS THROUGH THE YEAR, SO HOME SALES ARE REALLY GOING STRONG.
WE HAD AN ADDITIONAL MARKET STUDY JUST COMPLETED ON THE TERRACE PROJECT AND THE PROJECTIONS FOR ABSORPTION, WHICH MEANS HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR US TO SELL THE HOMES, THE ABSORPTION RATES WERE ACCELERATED IN THE CURRENT PROJECTIONS.
SO PREVIOUSLY WE HAD BEEN ESTIMATING 220 TO 240 HOMES PER YEAR SALES.
THE NEW ESTIMATE THAT JUST CAME OUT LAST WEEK IS UP AROUND 270 SALES PER YEAR.
SO I THINK THAT'S VERY, VERY GOOD NEWS FOR THE PROJECT AND FOR THE COMMUNITY.
SO I'D LIKE TO GIVE YOU JUST A COUPLE OF UPDATED DETAILS ON THE PROJECT, IF YOU COULD FLIP THE SLIDE, PLEASE.
ALL RIGHT. EXCELLENT, ONE MORE SLIDE, PLEASE.
SO WHAT I'D LIKE YOU TO JUST REMEMBER WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT HERE AND KARIS, WE WANT TO CREATE A COMMUNITY THAT EMBRACES THE CHARACTERISTICS OF BEAUTY, NATURE AND CREATIVITY THROUGH HONEST AND MODERN DESIGN, BASICALLY TAKES THE KIND OF SIMPLE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LAND. WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL CREEK THAT RUNS THROUGH DEER CREEK.
WE'RE GOING TO MAXIMIZE THE BEAUTY OF THAT GREEN SPACE.
WE'RE GOING TO PUT BEAUTIFUL PARKS ALL THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY.
I'M GOING TO SHOW YOU SOME RENDERINGS OF THOSE PRETTY SOON.
WE HAVE THE PLANT AND THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN WITH THE CITY.
AND I'D LIKE TO SHOW YOU ONE THING THAT WE'VE DONE WITH THAT, IF YOU COULD PUT TO THE NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.
AROUND THE SCHOOL, WE'RE PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT HOW WE WERE ABLE TO TO NAME THE STREETS, THE SCHOOL, THE ROAD THAT GOES RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOLHOUSE, WE DECIDED TO NAME AFTER OUR FRIEND AND MENTOR OF MINE, CHARLIE BOLDEN.
GENERAL BOLDEN WAS A MARINE CORPS GENERAL.
AND WHEN I WAS IN THE MARINES, I FLEW F-18S WITH WITH GENERAL BOLDEN OUT AT MIRAMAR AIR STATION, FIGHTER TOWN U.S.A.
[00:25:01]
OUT IN CALIFORNIA.AND HE LIVED DOWN THE STREET FROM ME AND MY CHILDREN USED TO GO HUNT EASTER EGGS IN HIS YARD ON EASTER WHEN WE LIVED THERE.
BUT HE'S JUST A FANTASTIC HUMAN BEING.
AND HE WAS A SPACE SHUTTLE COMMANDER SEVERAL TIMES.
AND HE BECAME A FEW YEARS BACK, HE BECAME THE FIRST AFRICAN-AMERICAN ADMINISTRATOR OF NASA. AND THAT'S THE TOP CIVILIAN POST AT NASA.
SO WE'RE JUST SUPER HAPPY ABOUT THAT.
I THINK IT'S A GREAT WAY TO HONOR HIM.
AND THE OTHER STREETS AROUND THE SCHOOLS, WE'VE DECIDED TO NAME AFTER IMPORTANT AUTHORS, AMERICAN AUTHORS AND PEOPLE LIKE TL TRAVERS AND H.G.
MS. TRAVERS WROTE MARY POPPINS, YOU'RE PROBABLY AWARE H.G.
WELLS IS A GREAT SCIENCE FICTION WRITER, WAR OF THE WORLDS AND THAT KIND OF THING.
AND JULES VERNE WROTE AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS AND 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA AND JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH.
AND AND I THINK IT'S THAT KIND OF SPIRIT OF ADVENTURE AND.
SPIRIT OF EXPLORATION AND LEARNING NEW THINGS AND THINKING ABOUT NEW THINGS, I THINK THAT THAT REALLY CHARACTERIZES WHAT WE EXPECT OUT OF THE SCHOOL AND I THINK THAT WHAT YOUR HOPES FOR THE SCHOOL WILL BE.
SO WE'RE REALLY HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GET THIS UNDERWAY SO THAT WE CAN SET YOUR, GET YOUR SCHOOL SITE READY.
IF YOU COULD FLIP TO THE NEXT SLIDE, I CAN SHOW YOU WHAT WE HAVE DONE.
AND DR. MCFARLAND, I RECALL THE AT THE LAST MANAGEMENT DISTRICT BOARD MEETING, WE HAD DISCUSSED THE SCHOOL BEING IN PHASE TWO.
SO WHAT WE'VE DONE SINCE THEN IS ACTUALLY EXPANDED THE WAY WE'RE GOING TO APPROACH PHASE ONE TO INCLUDE MORE HOMES AND THE SCHOOL SITE.
SO THE SCHOOL SITE WILL ACTUALLY BE BUILT DURING PHASE ONE SO THAT AS SOON AS WE HAVE, PER OUR CONTRACT, THE TWO HUNDREDTH HOME ON THE GROUND, WE WILL ALSO HAVE THE THE INFRASTRUCTURE READY FOR THE SCHOOL SITE SO IT WON'T BE DELAYED FOR ANY TYPE OF PHASING ISSUES. THIS FIRST PHASE NOW CONTAINS 326 HOMES OR [INAUDIBLE].
IT CONTAINS NO HOMES RIGHT NOW, BUT THAT'S WHAT WE WILL BUILD THERE.
IF YOU'LL LOOK TO THE NEXT SLIDE, I WILL SHOW YOU THE PORTION OF THE PLOT WHERE THE SCHOOL SITE IS.
RIGHT. SO THIS IS THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND YOU CAN SEE ALL THE STREET NAMES IF YOU LOOK CLOSE THERE, BOLTON AVENUE RUNS THERE NORTH AND SOUTH AND THEN TURNS THE CORNER ON THE NORTH AND GOES ALL THE WAY AROUND ON TWO SIDES OF THE SCHOOL.
AND SO THAT'S WHAT THE SCHOOL SITE WILL LOOK LIKE.
NOW, BY THE TIME THE SCHOOL IS BUILT, OF COURSE HAVE THE NEXT PHASE STARTED.
SO WHAT YOU'RE SEEING THERE IS PLATTED LOTS.
THOSE ARE ONLY THE FIRST PHASE HOMES THAT WILL BE GOING UP REALLY DURING THE CONSTRUCTION TIME OF THE SCHOOL.
SO, OF COURSE, THERE WILL BE A LOT MORE HOMES GOING IN AND AROUND THAT AREA.
NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE. SO OUR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS ARE TBJ, THEY'RE JUST A FANTASTIC COMPANY HERE AND IN THE DFW AREA, AND THEY'RE THE ONES THAT HAVE DESIGNED ALL OF OUR VIRIDIAN PARK. SO I WANT YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE'RE BRINGING THE SAME CREW WITH THE SAME EXCELLENCE AND THE SAME EXPERTISE THAT BUILT VIRIDIAN TO COME IN HERE AND DO THIS SECTION OF CROWLEY.
AND WHAT YOU'RE SEEING HERE IN THIS DIAGRAM, ALL THE COLORED AREAS, THOSE ARE PARK AREAS. AND IF YOU SWITCH TO THE NEXT SLIDE, I'LL SHOW YOU SOME RENDERINGS OF WHAT THAT'S GOING TO LOOK LIKE. SO THIS IS THIS IS A TOP DOWN VIEW INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD GOING OFF TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN, INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD COMES DOWN OFF OF THE RAILROAD BRIDGE. AND SO WHAT YOU'LL SEE FROM THAT ELEVATED POSITION UP OVER THE RAILROAD BRIDGE IS THE TURN CIRCLE. AND THESE THESE PARKS TO THE TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH OF INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD, THE THE RENDERINGS, I THINK YOU CAN SEE THERE.
WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO IS NOT PRESENT RENDERINGS THAT WE DON'T REALLY INTEND FOR THIS TO
[00:30:02]
LOOK LIKE AS A FINISHED PRODUCT.NOW, THERE MAY BE SOME REVISIONS ON THE TYPES OF PLANTS THAT YOU SEE.
THEY MAY BE DRAWN A LITTLE GENERICALLY, BUT IN A GENERAL SENSE, THIS IS WHAT IT'S GOING TO LOOK LIKE. NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.
WE'VE DESIGNED A KIND OF COMPLIMENTARY PARKS ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SECTIONS OF OUR SIDES OF INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD ON THE NORTH SIDE IS A SIGNATURE PARK THAT YOU'LL SEE LIKE AN AMPHITHEATER AREA SEATING AREA.
NOW, THESE WILL ALL BE PUBLIC PARKS.
THAT'S WHAT WE WILL DO THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY, ALL THE PARKS AND TRAIL SYSTEMS WILL BE PUBLIC PARKS AND PUBLIC TRAILS.
SO ANYBODY IN THE COMMUNITY CAN ENJOY THESE.
SWITCH TO THE NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.
AND THEN WE HAVE SOME ADDITIONAL POCKET PARKS, ONE OF THESE PARKS, THE ONE THAT YOU SEE ON THE LEFT, YOU'LL SEE THAT THAT'S ALONG BOLDEN AVENUE.
AND WHAT WE'VE ASKED THE DESIGNERS TO DO IS TWO THINGS.
AND SO WE WERE EXPECTING THAT PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO USE THE TRAILS FOR EXERCISE.
SO WE'RE PLANNING A PARK THERE THAT WILL HAVE SOME EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
I ASKED FOR SOMETHING FUNCTIONALLY LIKE THE PAR COURSE, BUT I WANT TO KNOW VERY, VERY HIGH QUALITY. I DON'T WANT, YOU KNOW, THINGS THAT ARE MAYBE MADE OUT OF RAILROAD TIES OR OR THINGS THAT ARE OF A POOR QUALITY.
BUT FROM A FUNCTIONAL STANDPOINT, IT WILL BE AN EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
AND WHAT WE INTEND TO DO IS PUT SOME MONUMENTATION THERE THAT TALKS ABOUT A LITTLE INFORMATION ABOUT GENERAL BOLDEN AND A LITTLE BIT OF INSPIRATION ABOUT ADVENTURE AND, YOU KNOW, BEING OUTSIDE AND EXPLORING.
SO I'M VERY EXCITED ABOUT PUTTING THAT PARK IN THE NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.
FOR TIMELINE, I'M SURE YOU'RE ALL WONDERING WHEN THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN, WHAT WE'RE EXPECTING NOW, AS WE DISCUSSED, WE HAD SOME DELAYS JUST BECAUSE OF COVID AND THE WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH THE EQUITY MARKETS FOR A FEW MONTHS THERE.
WE'RE LOOKING AT CLOSING SOON AND THEN GETTING ON TO THE GROUNDBREAKING SOMEWHERE AROUND THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021.
WHERE THAT WILL PUT US IN TERMS OF GETTING THE SITE WORK COMPLETED IS AROUND THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2021.
IT'LL TAKE US AROUND NINE MONTHS TO A YEAR TO GET MOST OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE IN.
THAT MEANS THAT THE FIRST HOMES WILL BE COMPLETED AROUND THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2022.
WE WILL NEED TO SELL TWO HUNDRED HOMES IN ORDER FOR TO CLOSE ON THE SCHOOL SO THE SCHOOL CAN START THE PROCESS.
SO WE EXPECT TO REACH THAT TWO HUNDREDTH HOME SOMEWHERE AROUND THE THIRD OR FOURTH QUARTER OF 2023.
AND I BELIEVE THAT LEON, YOU'RE FINANCIAL PLANNER HAS SHARED THIS INFORMATION WITH YOU PREVIOUSLY. BUT I JUST WANTED TO REITERATE AND LET YOU KNOW THAT THAT'S THE TIMELINE WE'RE ON RIGHT NOW. AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO CONTINUE TO GIVE YOU UPDATES AS WE GO ALONG AND AND KEEP YOU ABREAST OF ALL OUR PROJECT PROGRESS.
DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME? ARE THERE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD? I THINK YOU DID A GREAT JOB.
THERE'S NO QUESTION THAT I WILL [INAUDIBLE] [INAUDIBLE] WELL, THANK YOU SO MUCH.
WE ARE SO THRILLED TO BE COMING INTO THE COMMUNITY.
WE LOVE WHAT THE SCHOOL DISTRICT HAS BEEN DOING.
WE HAVE SEEN NOTHING BUT GREAT PROGRESS FROM YOU ALL.
AND WE'RE VERY, VERY PROUD OF WHAT DR.
MCFARLAND AND THE REST OF THE TEAM HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS SINCE THE TURNOVER. IT'S REALLY AMAZING.
AND WE'VE GOTTEN REALLY GREAT FEEDBACK FROM EVEN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET.
PEOPLE ARE RECOGNIZING ALL YOUR PROJECTS AND YOUR PROCESS, PARTICULARLY, THE SKILLS TRAINING AND THE STEM SCHOOLS.
IT'S JUST REALLY MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY.
SO WE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING THAT.

MCFARLAND. OBVIOUSLY THE PAST SIX MONTHS HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY CHALLENGING FOR ALL OF US.
BUT THE GREAT RESOLVE OF OUR CISD TEAM IS ON DISPLAY IN EVERY ASPECT OF OUR ORGANIZATION.
AND TONIGHT, WE ARE EXCITED TO BRING TO THE BOARD FOR CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL WILL BE GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE FOR THE EARTHWORK AT OUR NEW ATHLETIC STADIUM.
THIS STADIUM IS GOING TO GENERATE A LOT OF EXCITEMENT IN OUR COMMUNITY AND FOR OUR STUDENTS. WE BELIEVE THAT THE PRICE THAT WE'VE RECEIVED IS A FAIR PRICE.
WE BELIEVE THAT IT IS FAVORABLE TO THE DISTRICT.
AGAIN, THIS IS A STRATEGY IN SEPARATING THE EARTHWORK FROM THE ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION THAT WE'VE EMPLOYED AND IN PREVIOUS PROJECTS.
THIS GIVES US AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET STARTED ON THE MAJOR DIRT AND SOIL STABILIZATION WORK NOW, AS OPPOSED TO WHEN WE ANTICIPATE WE SEE THE CONSTRUCTION GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE IN NOVEMBER. SO THIS GIVES US THE HEAD START.
WE'RE ALWAYS TRYING TO MANAGE THE TIME OF A PROJECT, THE TIME ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROJECT. THIS ITEM IS AN ACTION ITEM.
THE ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO BRING THIS TO YOU AND RECOMMEND YOUR APPROVAL OF THE GUARANTEE MAXIMUM PRICE AS PRESENTED.

MADAM PRESIDENT, BOARD MEMBERS, AS YOU ALL AWARE OF GOOD EVENING, MADAM PRESIDENT HALL, RESPECTED TRUSTEES AND SUPERINTENDENT, DR.YES, THIS EVENING, IN ALIGNMENT TO OUR THREE DISTRICT GOALS, I AM PRESENTING POLICY UPDATE 115 AS A FUTURE ACTION ITEM.
THE PRIMARY GOAL IS TO PRESENT LOCAL POLICY IN THIS UPDATE, MANY OF WHICH WERE AFFECTED BY REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES FROM THE TEXAS EDUCATION AGENCY AND THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND BY NEW FEDERAL TITLE IX REGULATION.
THERE ARE ALSO A FEW RECOMMENDATIONS TO REMOVE EXISTING ADMINISTRATIVE DETAIL FROM BOARD ADOPTED POLICY.
IN THE EXHIBITS, YOU WILL NOTE THAT I HAVE UPLOADED THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO ESV FOR YOUR REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION.
I HAVE ALSO ADDED A POWERPOINT THAT OUTLINES THE PROCESS THE DISTRICT FOLLOWS TO REVIEW AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE BOARD.
ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL SEE THE UPDATE RECOMMENDATION CHART THAT ALL TASB RECOMMENDATIONS WERE ADOPTED AS PRESENTED IN CLOSING.
THIS PRESENTATION ADDRESSES UPDATE ONE AS A FUTURE ACTION ITEM.
I WELCOME ANY QUESTIONS OR THOUGHTS AT THIS TIME.
THANK YOU, [INAUDIBLE] ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS AT THIS TIME? [INAUDIBLE]. THANK YOU.
I DID HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THAT [INAUDIBLE].
I JUST WANT TO HAVE TO QUESTION AND I KNOW THAT WE HAVE THE WORK GOING ON WITH THE SPORTS COMPLEX AND [INAUDIBLE] EVERYTHING.
AND I WANTED TO ASK ABOUT IT HOW THIS IS A POLICY.
WE HAVE ONE. THIS IS THE TOPIC ABOUT MINORITY BUSINESS WORK AND CONTRACTORS, AND I WANTED TO KNOW IF WE COULD POSSIBLY DISCUSS THAT WITH OUR POLICY AND ALSO WITH REGARD TO THE [INAUDIBLE].
WE DO IF WE CAN GET INFORMATION TO PEOPLE.
I KNOW WE RECENTLY HAD AN OPPORTUNITY, BUT MAYBE WE WILL HAVE A CONSTRUCTION REPORT, I BELIEVE, THE NEXT MONTH OR SO DURING THAT TIME, VOTING FOR A REPORT ON HOW WE ARE GOING
[00:50:03]
TO [INAUDIBLE]. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR JOINING US TONIGHT AND [INAUDIBLE] THE ADOPTION OF 2020-2021 EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION.MADAM PRESIDENT, BOARD MEMBERS [INAUDIBLE].
GOOD EVENING, MS. HALL, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD.
TONIGHT, WE ARE BRINGING FORWARD AS A FUTURE ACTION ITEM THE 2020-2021 COMPENSATION PLAN.
AND THIS ITEM ALIGNS WITH GOAL THREE EMPOWERED STAFF.
SO THE FIRST THING I KIND OF WANT TO REMIND TRUSTEES IS THAT YOU HAVE A DRAFT OF THE DOCUMENT IN YOUR ESB PACKET, THE SAME THING, AND IT REFLECTS REALLY VERY, VERY FEW CHANGES. AND THEY KIND OF FALL INTO THE THREE CATEGORIES THAT YOU SEE HERE ON THE PRESENTATION. THE FIRST ONE ARE THINGS THAT ARE JUST THE CLEAN UP FROM THE PRIOR COMPENSATION PLAN THAT DON'T HAVE ANY FISCAL IMPACT, THINGS LIKE THE CHANGE IN THE POSITION TITLE, A POSITION THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABSORBED AND WE NO LONGER HAVE, OR JUST CLEANING UP THINGS LIKE REFERENCES TO INTERMEDIATE CAMPUSES BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE THOSE ANY LONGER. JUST SOME THERE'S SOME CLEAN UP ITEMS. THE OTHER CATEGORY THAT OF CHANGES WOULD BE NEW POSITIONS FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR.
AND WE SEE SOME EXAMPLES OF THOSE MIGHT BE LIKE THE CHIEF OF POLICE THAT WE'RE BRINGING FORWARD FOR RECOMMENDATION TONIGHT.
OUR STEM PLUS SPECIALISTS ARE REFLECTED IN THIS NEW COMPENSATION PLAN AND A PANDEMIC RESPONSE ASSISTANT.
THAT'S KIND OF ONE OF THE NEWEST ONES THAT WE HAVE MOVED FORWARD WITH.
AND THAT COST OF THAT POSITION IS REIMBURSABLE UNDER THE IT'S PART OF OUR COVID EXPENSE RELATED EXPENSES AND PART OF CARE'S FUNDING THAT WE CAN REIMBURSE.
SO YOU'LL SEE THERE ARE VERY FEW PROVISIONS APPROVED THAT ARE NEW FOR THIS YEAR.
AND THEN LASTLY, THERE ARE A FEW NEW STIPENDS REFLECTED IN THERE.
WE HAVE A STIPEND FOR OUR STEM PLUS COORDINATORS.
WE HAVE THOSE AT OUR CAMPUSES IN THE NINTH GRADE AND WE ADDED A STIPEND FOR MIDDLE [INAUDIBLE] COACH. WE HAVE SOME REALLY GREAT COACHES OUT THERE WORKING AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL WITH OUR KIDDOS.
AND SO THAT'S A STIPEND THAT IS REFLECTED IN THE DRAFT DOCUMENT.
SO WHAT YOU WILL NOT SEE IN THE COMPENSATION PLAN RIGHT NOW THAT YOU HAVE IS A DRAFT ARE ANY RAISES FOR STAFF? YOU ALL MIGHT REMEMBER THAT YOU APPROVED THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR TEACHERS, LIBRARIANS AND NURSES, AND IT DID NOT INCLUDE ANY RAISE FOR BECAUSE THE FOLKS ON THAT SALARY SCHEDULE, THE COMPENSATION PLAN, DOES NOT REFLECT RIGHT NOW A RAISE FOR ANY EMPLOYEE.
I WILL TELL YOU THAT WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUDGET REVIEW AND WE'RE LOOKING TO REALLOCATE SOME FUNDS FROM OUR CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION BUDGETS TO ALLOW US TO MOVE THOSE FUNDS INTO EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION.
SO WE WOULD LIKE TO BRING BACK AS A DISCUSSION ITEM AT THE OCTOBER 10TH MEETING SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THAT, SOME VOICES WE HAVE THAT WE CAN MAKE WITH EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND THEN BRING THE COMPENSATION PLAN BACK FOR BOARD APPROVAL AT THE END OF OCTOBER.
IT DOES REQUIRE BOARD APPROVAL FOR POLICY.
SO WILL BE THAT'S OUR TIMELINE TO KIND OF DISCUSS SOME OPTIONS WITH YOU ALL AT YOUR UPCOMING WORKSHOP ON THE 10TH AND THEN BRING, UM, EXCUSE ME, ON THE 8TH AND THEN BRING IT BACK FOR YOUR APPROVAL AT THE END OF THE MONTH.
I'M AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT THIS TIME.
THANK YOU, ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD? THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE.
THANK YOU. AGENDA ITEM 7.3, ANNUAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR.
DR. MCFARLAND, MS. HALL, THIS IS JUST A FUTURE ACTION ITEM.
THIS IS OUR ANNUAL AUDIT THAT WE HAVE TO DO EVERY YEAR.
[00:55:04]
WE'RE ON SCHEDULE TO BRING IT TO YOU AT THE OCTOBER BOARD MEETING.SO WE JUST WANT TO GIVE YOU A HEADS UP THAT THIS IS A HUGE ACTION ITEM.
WEAVER WILL BE HERE TO PRESENT IT AT THE OCTOBER BOARD MEETING.
AREN'T THERE ANY QUESTIONS I CAN ANSWER? ANY QUESTIONS ON [INAUDIBLE].
ALL RIGHT. NEXT AGENDA ITEM 7.4 FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM BOTH [INAUDIBLE] WE'LL ALSO BE SHARING [INAUDIBLE].
DR. MCFARLAND, MS. HALL, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD AT OUR OCTOBER BOARD MEETING.
WE WILL ALSO HAVE A PUBLIC HEARING AT SIX O'CLOCK TO DISCUSS OUR FIRST REPORT.
THE 19-20 REPORT IS BASED ON 18-19 INFORMATION.
WE'RE SHOWING A 90 AND A SUPERIOR RATING, BUT WE HAVE TO HAVE A PUBLIC HEARING TO OPEN IT UP TO THE PUBLIC THAT WE WILL BE DOING THAT AT THE OCTOBER BOARD MEETING AS WELL.
AND ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FINANCIAL [INAUDIBLE]? THANK YOU, DR.
[INAUDIBLE]. THANK YOU AND I DON'T DO IT BY MYSELF LIKE SO WE HAVE A GREAT TEAM HERE AND I'M VERY PROUD OF WHAT WE DO.
SO I THANK YOU ALL IN RELATION TO THE TEAM.
WE'LL SEE YOU BACK NEXT MONTH.
[INAUDIBLE] TO EXECUTIVE SESSION, AND THIS TIME THE BOARD WILL TO THAT DECISION BY
[8.0 Executive Session]
